13+ years across corporate and IP law, IT and SaaS contracting, international compliance and cross-border structuring.

I'm a corporate lawyer with a specific focus: the legal architecture of technology companies — IP ownership, licence compliance, cross-border structuring, and the regulatory frameworks that let a business actually operate internationally.
My path here wasn't the usual one. Most of my career has been spent inside technology companies rather than advising them from a law firm — as Chief Legal Officer, Deputy CEO, and Legal Director across international markets. I built IP chains, EULA and SLA suites, compliance systems and trademark strategy from the first line, and represented companies in court and arbitration when that architecture was tested for real.
Today, alongside independent work, I provide dedicated legal and IP counsel to an AI-powered international videoconferencing platform — structuring its IP ownership chain, cross-border contracting and SBOM licence compliance for international launch.
Legal expertise is only half of it. I've also built and run teams — hiring, structuring departments from zero, managing multi-jurisdictional operations end to end as Deputy CEO and CLO. That executive side isn't separate from the legal work; it's where I learned what legal architecture actually needs to survive contact with a growing business.
I hold six months of legal internship experience in the United States, ongoing cross-border collaboration with legal teams across the EU and MENA regions, and I'm a published researcher in digital IP and civil law.
Based in Dubai, I work with founders and technology companies across the UAE and EU.
